: Hire a Stretch Limo
The Presidential Limousine Story
In 2003 Exclusive Cars imported a brand new 120 Lincoln stretch from United States Coachworks, the vehicle was shipped to Zebrugge for onward shipment to the UK. Our limousine was booked to be loaded on the vessel named Tricolor but at the last minute the vehicle was not loaded onto the ship. Shortly after leaving the port of Zebrugge in dense fog, the Tricolor was hit by the Nicola and both vessels sank to the bottom of the English Channel, hundreds of brand new Volvos sank with the vessels. Our managing directors heart sunk as well as it would have taken many months to replace the vehicle. The following day after speaking to the shippers we were delighted to hear that the limousine is being loaded on a different boat and should be in the UK within 24 hours. "huge sigh of relief" This limousine is affectionately called the Presidential and can be seen on the limousine pages.
Other additions to the fleet
Further additions to the fleet include a Rolls-Royce Silver Spur III, long wheelbase. This vehicle is finished in immaculate dark green with tan leather interior. This car was obtained from the Peninsula Hotel in Hong Kong as one of the leading hotels in the world and the car was used to transfer guests etc. to and from the airport and other functions. Additional extras include electric rear seats, provision for editorials/magazines, cool towel compartment and special burr walnut wood with picnic table.
This will definately be a popular car for the fleet and will provide to our customers a very special vehicle for that very special occasion. Photos of this can be seen on the chauffeuring and wedding page. In the Autumn of 2007 we purchased a 1912 bodied Charabanc which can seat up to 8 passengers and certainly turns heads wherever it goes. This vehicle is perfect for moving a party up to eight for weddings etc. in something that little bit different. All the lights on the vehicle are original edwardian and look absolutely stunning. Photos again on our wedding pages.
