This Vintage 1960’s Routemaster Red bus was obtained by us in September 2004 and spent most of its life cruising London on route 9 which incorporated Piccadilly Circus. The vehicle has been completely repainted in London’s original colours and the interior has received a considerable amount of restoration work and is truly in outstanding condition.

The Routemaster bus carried out its first wedding in July 2005 in transporting wedding guests to the reception and the response was overwhelming. Guests couldn’t believe the excellent condition of a big red bus that is over forty years of age. After the wedding the bus went to transport a hen night party which again was a fantastic success.

The Vintage Routemaster has always proved itself popular for weddings, corporate functions, filming/tv duties or simply sightseeing, or indeed taking that trip down memory lane. The big red bus can seat 64 passengers and the rear access would bring back fond memories of any mature citizen. The bus is available for hire on an hour or daily basis from as little as £4 per passenger.
